All of our fine fragrance ingredients are responsibly and sustainably sourced from countries worldwide. Our parfums are all made in France.

There are no nut oils/ingredients in the fragrance.

We cannot send a samples, but you can experience the product in our partner store

Every order placed on https://nimaicosmetics.com/ ships in a gift box with signature NIMAI packaging. Invoices shipped in all orders do not show order totals. If you want a proper invoice, please contact our Customer Service’s team.

Once your order has been placed, we are only able to accept certain changes. Reach out to customer@nimaicosmetics.com immediately with any updates. Please note that order update requests are not guaranteed.

Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel an order once it’s been placed.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Once your order has been completed and transfered to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.

We accept Visa Mastercard, OnePay and Bank Transfer.

SHIPPING

Currently we deliver domestically in Vietnam and abroad.

Same Day Delivery is now available in HCM on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed outside those times will be shipped on the following business day.

Orders outside Vietnam will be delivered within 7-10 days after you place your order (Delivery time depends on the Carrier)

Standard shipping on all orders in Vietnam. For orders outside Vietnam, please contact Customer Service for support.

RETURN POLICY

We apologize, but we are currently unable to process returns. However, we are happy to replace any products that were received in a defective or broken condition. If your product meets this criteria, please send us an email at customer@nimaicosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product, and we will promptly work to get it fixed for you.
