Where are your ingredients sourced from? All of our fine fragrance ingredients are responsibly and sustainably sourced from countries worldwide. Our parfums are all made in France.
Are Nimai parfums suitable for persons with nut allergies? There are no nut oils/ingredients in the fragrance.
Can you send me a fragrance sample? We cannot send a samples, but you can experience the product in our partner store. Please check “Store Locator”.

Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel an order once it’s been placed.
What is the status of my order? Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.

Same Day Delivery is now available in HCM on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed outside those times will be shipped on the following business day.
Orders outside Vietnam will be delivered within 7-10 days after you place your orde (Delivery time depends on the Carrier)
How much does shipping cost? Free delivery in Vietnam, worldwide is 30$ including taxes.
