Where are your ingredients sourced from? All of our fine fragrance ingredients are responsibly and sustainably sourced from countries worldwide. Our parfums are all made in France.
Are Nimai parfums suitable for persons with nut allergies? There are no nut oils/ingredients in the fragrance.
Can you send me a fragrance sample? We cannot send a samples, but you can experience the product in our partner store. Please check “STORE LOCATORS”.

Can I make an update to my order? Once your order has been placed, we are only able to accept certain changes. Reach out to customer@nimaicosmetics.com immediately with any updates. Please note that order update requests are not guaranteed.
Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel an order once it’s been placed.
What is the status of my order? Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.
What payment methods are accepted? You can pay by Credit / Debit Card via our payment system Stripe.

What are your shipping methods and policies?
Same Day Delivery is now available in HCMC,Vietnam on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed outside those times will be shipped on the following business day.
Orders outside Vietnam will be delivered within 7-10 days after you place your order (Delivery time depends on the Carrier)
How much does shipping cost? Free delivery in Vietnam, for international orders, shipping fees depend on the destination country and order quantity (shipping fees include all taxes and duties, with no hidden costs).
Return Policy
Do you accept returns? We apologize, but we are currently unable to process returns. However, we are happy to replace any products that were received in a defective or broken condition. If your product is defective in any way, please send a photo of the defect to our customer service team.
My order arrived broken, what can I do? Please send us an email at customer@nimaicosmetics.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll get it fixed ASAP!
