Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time

We only ship on business days ( Monday to Friday, excluding holidays ). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

For domestic orders:

MUSE DE MAI offers Giaohangtietkiem delivery

For international orders:

MUSE DE MAI offers worldwide shipping by FedEx delivery.

The delivery times shown below are only an estimate and do not include 1-2 business days processing time before the order gets shipped, please keep in mind delays can occur.

Please note that due to the recent pandemic, there may be some unexpected delay which is out of our control, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. We will always try our best to work closely with the delivery provider to make sure your parcel arrives within the expected timeline.

2. TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. Emails may go into your junk/spam folder so please make sure you have double-checked in case you have not received any tracking emails within a week since the order date.

3. TAXES

Customs fees, tariffs, or duties are not included in pricing.

Orders could be charged with customs fees upon arrival and we cannot predict the extent of these costs.

Note: Unfortunately,  we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

Once the parcel has been delivered to the delivery company, the control is not in our hands anymore and in shipping carriers instead. So please make sure you do the following right to prevent the problems.
